Gold's Gym SoCal wants to ensure your safety, while also supporting you in your fitness needs and goals. So, we're making exercising outdoors the new norm by moving our equipment outside. The air is cooling down, and we've transformed our gyms into an epic outdoor playground so you can enjoy the perfect weather while getting in a great sweat session.

There are so many mental and physical benefits to an outdoor cardio circuit. One noteworthy benefit is exercising in the fresh air. Natural light and fresh air increase your energy levels, lowers your blood pressure, and is a significant stress reducer. It's also been proven to help adults lose more weight than when exercising inside.
