How to Plan Your Weekly Workouts

Since a revenge body workout is about being your best and taking ownership for your body, not just about losing a few pounds, it's going to be intense. You can plan your workout routine on a weekly basis. Based off what Khloe and her trainer Gunner Peterson do, you'll need to plan to:

  • Do intense cardio 2 days a week (think cycling class)
  • Give your legs and butt, your core, and your arms their own days
  • Commit 1 day to a full body workout, like battle ropes
  • Practice active recovery (yoga and stretching) 1 day per week

Of course, it's not just fierce determination in the gym that make a revenge body. You've also got to commit to fueling your body with healthy fats and lean protein, and limit your alcohol.

Being mindful of what you eat and an all-in mentality for exercising is the best way to seize control and show off your best self.
