Why do you love Gold’s Gym?
I love Gold's because it provides members with plenty of opportunities to get fitter and stronger, no matter what their preferred means of physical activity may be. (But of course, I'm hoping it's group exercise.)
What is your goal with members?
I want them to fall in love with group exercise. I want them to see and experience just how powerful it can be. When done right, group exercise can produce tremendous results.

Keep coming back. Practice makes progress.
