As a child, Julie's relationship with food was one filled with happiness and comfort. As the years progressed, so did Julie's unhealthy eating habits. Determined to change her unhealthy habits, Julie decided to sign up for the 2018 Gold's Gym SoCal Challenge. Now in her 40s, Julie has transformed her body and has never looked better. Empowered, she truly is the best version of herself. Today, Julie is an inspiration to others looking to change their lives.

Q: Why did you decide to take the Challenge and make a change?
Julie: I was inspired by previous winners. I wanted to push myself to the next level in strength and fitness and get into the best shape of my life before my 50th birthday. I knew the challenge would help me reach my personal best.
